Scope & Definitions
Publisher. Vitae Springs Software, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Service. The analyzebc.com website and related online features.
Product. Downloadable Power BI dashboards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central app file definitions.
Products & Services. Collectively refers to both the Product and the Service.
Privacy Policy (summary)
Our Products & Services do not collect any personal, company, or other data.
License Grant
The Publisher grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Product remain with the Publisher. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Publisher’s trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary materials.
Termination
You accept this Agreement upon installing the Product. It remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Product. We may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Publisher disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Publisher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
